Ouvarex Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit time (UK): 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Total estimated delivery time (UK): 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM (UK time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UK time) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

All prices shown on our Site are taxes included.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the delivery address. If a change is needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@ouvarex.com.

Cancellation Policy and Address Errors

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend making your request within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for any refund request.

We encourage you to carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. Address corrections can only be made while the order is still being processed. Ouvarex LLC cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our customer service team immediately.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence and you notice damage afterwards, please contact us at contact@ouvarex.com with photos of the product and its packaging.
