Prices and Taxes
Prices for products sold on our Site are shown in British Pounds (£).
All prices are shown tax included, in accordance with applicable tax legislation. The total price you pay is the one displayed at checkout.
Ouvarex LLC is not currently VAT registered, as we are below the UK VAT registration threshold of £85,000.
Any delivery or service fees are shown before the order is confirmed and added to the total.
If the applicable tax rate or regime changes, prices may be adjusted accordingly.
All prices are displayed transparently, with no hidden fees, in accordance with Google Merchant Center and Shopify Payments policies.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store.
